Attention all experienced Front Desk Receptionists! We have a customer looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist with a love of Dentistry.
In this role, your day-to-day will look like Greeting patients in person or over the phone, treatment plan presentation, scheduling, maintaining the referral list to other dental or medical offices, electronic claim submissions, confirming appts, recall, updating patient insurance, financial arrangements, collecting payments, posting treatment, lab case coordination and most of all helping the patients with questions!
