Small business office is looking for a receptionist for our Concord location.
Primary responsibilities:
-Customer Service, is MUST!
- Answer customer phone calls in a polite and helpful manner.
- Handle walk-in visitors
- Input basic customer data in our calendar management system.
- Schedule appointments
Required Experience and Skills:
- Possess working knowledge of Word
- Possess customer relation experience
- Experience in any form of customer service or office administration
- Display a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Capable to multi-task
- Work in a fast speed environment
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Express close attention to detail
Preferred if Experience and Skilled but willing to train. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
