Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the front desk, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain security by following procedures, such as monitoring visitor logs and issuing visitor badges.
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, copying, and scanning).
Assist other departments as needed with administrative support.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher is a plus).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to remain calm and courteous in fast-paced situations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with phone systems and office equipment.
Familiarity with scheduling and booking software.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
