The primary goal of this position is to create and identify new opportunities for the Brand in the US Territory, creating and developing a new business plan that will define the future directionof the company in the US Territory.
Business Development to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, or to increase productivity in the US Territory.
Definition of Commercial Strategies to build the culture of the company, ensuring each department is contributing to success of the overall business.
Develop and implement Sales Strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and voice to expand the brand across the US Territory.
Evaluate the company financial, operational, sales, and marketing structures to plan for continues improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies
Provide strategic input and leadership on decision – making issues affecting the organization, specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
