This role provides support to Senior Management and their day-to-day functions. Duties will include providing administrative assistance to ensure cost-effective and timely project completions by concentrating on specific duties outlined below:
Project Contracts, Change Orders, Plans, Specifications, Requests for Information, Submittals. Maintains project files and contract documents for record keeping and accuracy.
Insurance: Request proper Insurance is provided to proper channels and is in place before work begins.
Accounts Payable: Enter and maintain purchase orders. Communicate with Suppliers, follow up with Order deadlines, and coordinate job deliveries to the construction site.
Accounts Receivable: Develop and distribute Accounting invoicing to Contractors before billable dates.
Skills needed:
PC skills including proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethic/Organizational Skills
Professional integrity.
Experience in the construction industry preferred but not required
Part-Time Position M-Th 12-4 PM Wage to commensurate with skill 35-55 per hour
