Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee all aspects of underground construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Estimating:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for various pipeline projects.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
Collaborate with the procurement team to secure competitive pricing from suppliers.
Review and evaluate subcontractor bids.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating within the pipeline construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
