Alpinia Health is a dynamic and fast-growing healthcare start-up based in San Francisco. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Business Assistant to join our team. Position: Business Assistant (Part-Time: Only one day per week)

Schedule: Day shift, One day per week, 8 hours per week

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a Business Assistant, you will support our Office Manager with daily administrative tasks and various projects. Key responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to the main Administrative Office and staff as needed.

Collaborating with the office manager and bookkeeper on accounts payable and receivable, generating and distributing

monthly client invoices, and handling general billing.

Performing on-site tasks such as printing, scanning, copying, and assembling documents.

Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files in accordance with office policies.

Conducting word processing tasks, including drafting letters and creating spreadsheets.

Assisting with office calendaring.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher (experience in the healthcare industry is a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Outstanding customer service orientation, complemented by a positive and friendly demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and QuickBooks.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
