We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting initiatives and the Summer Associate Program, helping attract, hire, and retain exceptional legal talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

About the Role

As an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage recruiting activities, facilitate on-campus and callback interviews, support the Summer Associate Program, and coordinate office events and special projects. This role offers significant lawyer and student interface, cross-department collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic office.

Key Responsibilities

On-Campus Interviews: Coordinate law school registrations, interview schedules, candidate tracking, and post-interview follow-ups.

Summer Program: Assist with planning and executing programming, events, orientation schedules, and advisor matching.

Data & Document Management: Maintain and update recruiting systems and spreadsheets, generate reports, and audit data regularly.

Website Content Management: Update internal and external recruiting sites to ensure accurate, current information.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with the Legal Talent Office and other departments on initiatives such as associate orientation, training programs, and events.

Staff Recruiting: Support the Administrative Director with staff recruiting and onboarding.

Event Coordination: Assist with the annual holiday party, office gatherings, and employee welcome and farewell events.

Special Projects: Handle ad-hoc projects from Recruiting Partners and Legal Talent Office staff.

Maintain information security and uphold confidentiality in all recruiting and firm-related matters.

About You

College degree required.

Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment when needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with recruiting platforms such as 12Twenty, FloRecruit, Peoplesoft, Symplicity, Taleo, and viDesktop is preferred.

Law firm or legal recruiting experience and paralegal background are a plus.
