Law office is seeking an individual who is able to perform general office tasks for handling phone calls and making appointments, but also to prepare client documents for signature and notarize these documents.

Written English skills are critical, and you must be able to qualify for the notary exam and pass the notary exam so that you can notarize client documents.

We use a document assembly software system, and the right candidate must be able to enter the data correctly and compile the documents. No experience is necessary on this, as we will train you in everything needed.

The primary work location is Gilroy. You will need to be in San Jose one or two times a week, but usually for just a few hours each trip.
