Admin/Office Asst for PT Position at CPA Firm

We are a full service CPA firm seeking an EXPERIENCED part time person to help with office administrative duties. This candidate must have office experience, be organized, arrive timely to work, work efficiently in a busy environment, and be a quick learner.

The position is for around 5 hours per week starting January 6, 2025 for training. Starting February 17th to Friday, April 11, 2025, the position is for roughly 15 -25 hours per week. Additional work may be available and will be offered as needed. Weekly schedule can be flexible for the right candidate.

Candidate must be able to commit to working through tax filing season with a consistent schedule through April 11th, 2025. Hours will vary from a week to week basis.

For the right candidate, we would love for this position to be extended beyond April 11th, 2025 on a part time basis.

APPLICANT MUST BE COMPUTER PROFICIENT and COMFORTABLE USING THE OFFICE PHONE.

Duties will include: scanning, computer filing, minor phone assistance, and tax filing assistance.
