Admin/Office Assistant

Property management office seeks a part time assistant position to start immediately. Mon Wed Thu Fri from 1pm to 5pm. About 16 hours per week; some flexibility with hours. May have opportunity for additional hours. On Site only.

Duties include:

Process mail, invoices, bank deposits.

Collect open balances.

Maintain insurance documentation.

Scanning and filing.

Follow-up on payables and receivables.

May need to visit properties on occasion.

Requirements:

Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office: Word / Excel / Outlook

Moderate proficiency of Quickbooks is necessary and can offer additional training.

Knowledge of bank scanner for deposits.

Must be organized and be able to work independently.

Time management to start and complete jobs, tasks and projects in timely manner.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.
