Position Summary:
Exciting opportunity to work for a growing company where your contributions make a huge impact. As the Administrative Coordinator you will be involved in the whole life cycle of our projects, from processing the contracts to billing and closing out the jobs.
Responsibilities Include
Participate in contract administration and setup of awarded jobs. Includes requesting certificates of insurance, ordering bonds, preparing contracts for signatures
Set up new accounts in our Account management platform.
Prepare project folders and assist with internal project hand-offs (estimating, field, and accounting).
Facilitate sub-contractor contracts.
Prepare monthly project summaries for review by project management team to determine monthly progress billings.
Assist in billing
Assist in collecting outstanding accounts receivables
Admin support as needed
