We are a CPA firm in Downtown Oakland seeking an administrative assistant to support all aspects of a growing accounting firm.
This is a full-time position that requires all work to be in-office.
We are seeking an experienced, outgoing, and innovative team player with the following attributes:
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
- Experience with internet research
- Highly developed organizing and planning skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in similarly position preferred
- Ability to think outside the box
- Adaptability in different types of work
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Strong team player
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Tax return assembly and mailing tax returns
- Provide direct assistance to President/Owner
- Enter and maintain data within workflow system
- Reception coverage, client contacts and correspondence
- Administrative work in accordance with our firms standards
