Fast-paced property management and redevelopment company in San Francisco is seeking a motivated team member to thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, take initiative, and bring a positive attitude to the team.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Answer phones and direct calls
Respond promptly and effectively to tenant requests and inquiries, maintaining good tenant relations
Assist bookkeeper with AR/AP, data entry, and other basic bookkeeping duties
Show vacancies, meet with vendors at properties as needed
Coordinate maintenance work
Provide general administrative support
Other duties and responsibilities as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Appfolio is a plus
Prior property management/construction experience preferred
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Must have excellent verbal and written skills
Highly organized, with attention to details and follow-up
Professional with an enthusiastic personality, team player
