We are a company based in San Jose. We hold multiple companies under our umbrella and keep expanding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and CFO. You will be responsible for the hiring, training, supervision and workflow management of the administrative staff who support the Executives, Directors and organization at large. Administrative Manager serves as the primary administrative liaison between the Executive Staff and outside entities while maintaining a focus on efficiency, quality of service, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Accounts payable and receivable
Track promissory notes, payments, and insurance
Manage legal issues when needed
Manage special projects/track all projects and deadlines
Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures
Supervise financial and administration activities to achieve financial goals
Work closely with Controller in preparation of business plan and operational budget
Assist in implementing standard accounting policies
Ensure maintenance of all financial records with Controller supervision
Planning, scheduling and promoting office events, including meetings conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Overall office administration
Requirements
Computer software skills including QBO, Word, Excel, and Google Docs
Basic letter draft
Problem solving
Be very detail and task oriented
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work with government agencies
At least 2 years of office work experience
