Commercial Builder / Developer looking for an Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk. The successful candidate: will be able to multitask, is proficient in Microsoft Office, has excellent time management and organization skills, has good communication and phone etiquette and is able to work in a fast pace environment.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering telephone from employees in the field and preparing purchase orders
Tracking materials purchased and linking vendor invoices to purchase orders
Assisting with obtaining information for construction bids
Coordinating job walks, making and tracking appointments
Ordering and tracking equipment
Prepare subcontract agreements
Prepare invoices
Preparing change orders, submittals and Requests For Information
Maintain job/subcontractor/vendor paperwork as required
Tracking subcontractors and suppliers preliminary notices as well as insurance certificates
Helping prepare job close-out packages
Assisting team members as needed
Performing administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
BA or BS is preferred
