Administrative Coordinator PT

A small financial company in downtown Napa seeks Administrative help

This is an entry level position, but we are growing and always looking to promote from within. If you have an aptitude for numbers and have an eye for detail, then this a job for you. We are a busy office and this position is no exception! This position will be responsible for organizing multiple areas of our office such as: bookkeeping, payroll & tax department. This is an important position for our firm so reliability and someone who is a self-starter is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills

- Must be detailed oriented, highly motivated & organized with excellent follow through skills and the ability to multi-task.

- Aptitude for numbers and attention to detail

- PC proficient with a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Adaptability and enthusiasm to do whatever is needed willingness to take direction and learn new processes

- Ability to work independently yet seek assistance when needed

- Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity both in and out of work environment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain organization of files

- Maintain/order sufficient stock of office supplies

- Some light organizing and cleaning around the office

- Scanning and filing all incoming documents

- Daily preparation of USPS and Fedex packages

- Backup support for other departments

- Light bookkeeping duties such as data entry

PT position will be 25-30 hours to start. Schedule: Monday-Friday. Position will grow to FT in the future.

Compensation: $15$18/hour DOE
