We are a well-established roofing company based in Campbell, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Admin Assistant to join our team. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and have experience in assisting in a construction office or related industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Assisting multiple staff members with clerical and administrative tasks as needed, based on workload and project priorities
Support document control for project paperwork and assist with general office functions, including phones, printers, and filing
Communicate effectively with production HUB, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Help with pulling permits and managing permit processes (a plus)
Maintain project files in an organized manner and ensure accuracy of records
Qualifications MUST have:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to MULTITASK and manage priorities in a FAST-PACED environment
REQUIRED Previous experience in construction or a related industry
Comfortable working in a construction office setting (e.g., exposed to field teams & construction terminology)
Experience with permits and city processes is NOT required, but is a plus
