TITLE: Partnerships and Engagement Manager
POSITION: Full-Time (40 hours per week), non-exempt
COMPENSATION: $62,000-$66,000 per year; excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403(b), paid vacation and holidays

Position Summary:
Partnerships and Engagement Manager (PEM) will lead in expanding and maintaining JCYC Workforce’s partner relationships, facilitating internal and external communication efforts (through in-person engagement, social media, program emails, and overall web presence), in addition to assisting with alumni engagement efforts, and facilitating staff development through providing management and supervision to the Partnerships & Engagement (P&E) team. Other responsibilities include coordinating JCYC Workforce events, onboarding new staff, creating administrative structure and leading administrative responsibilities, and other duties as assigned.
The Partnerships and Engagement Manager plays an integral role in maintaining the voice and image of all JCYC Workforce programs under JCYC Workhub, and furthering the mission of each program through proactive engagement, branding, relationship building, and event coordination/facilitation. The PEM will report directly to the MYEEP Associate Director.
Responsibilities:
Partner Relationships
Spearhead Worksite Partner communications + application process
Expand and maintain partner relationships, including worksite recruitment, mentors, volunteers, and community partnerships
Partner Onboarding, Orientations, and Facilities Checks
External/ Internal Communications
Support P&E Specialist in coordinating content for all social media platforms, JCYC Workhub’s website, department newsletter, and email marketing efforts
Create program media and share recruitment materials with external partners
Support P&E Specialist in promoting marketing to program staff, program participants, and partners
Staff Development
Provide supervision to the P&E team
Onboard new staff + train program coordinators in Salesforce functions
Handoff new partners to program staff and support program staff in relationship building
Facilitate meetings
Administrative Responsibilities
Build Strategic Plan for new Workforce Department Partnerships
Implement structure for partner application process every August and launch application system
Process partner applications in Formstack and approve partners in Salesforce in addition to collecting all other necessary legal documentation
Process participant placements in Salesforce
Generate reports in Salesforce for partner recruitment, placements, and partner ADP registration
Support with application development for participant programs as assigned

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Four years of work experience in community engagement, relationship management, or event planning
Some experience in youth development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to execute creative vision alongside Workforce branding guidelines
Ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing timelines
Expert in creative thinking, problem solving, and adaptability
Strong motivation in being a self-starter and completing tasks independently
High Proficiency with Webflow, Salesforce CRM, Formstack, Slack, Microsoft Office, and G Suite, with capacity to learn new software and systems quickly
Positive attitude
Knowledge of how to execute basic event coordination and ability to lead in event set-up and break-down
Management experience and the understanding/ability to work with staff ‘where they are at’
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of youth programs and resources in San Francisco
Experience in branding and developing media and merchandise for promotional use
Ability to learn and understand each program and their needs
Understanding of the impact that social inequality has on individual and societal development
Experience developing and facilitating learning spaces for both youth and adults
Experience using Salesforce.com platforms, including Formstack
Experience using Webflow.com, Canva, and other design software
Strong desire to learn
