High end residential / commercial shop looking to fill position of Mill Lead.
Qualifications desired - self-motivation, high mechanical aptitude/trouble shooting skills, knowledge of woodworking machinery, in-depth knowledge of solid wood and wood paneling (including custom veneer), ability to read blue-prints, must be able to communicate in English, manage multiple jobs and production schedules, computerized machinery knowledge (beam saw, edge-bander, 5 axis CNC).
