Warehouse Coordinator Position with room to grow!
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Multiple warehouses and locations)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This will be a 1099 position for the first 30 days. Thereafter, we may offer you a full-time non-exempt position.
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This is an in-person position requiring a clean CA driver’s license.
You MUST have:
Shipping and receiving experience, forklift certification (or relevant experience), and a strong ability to maintain accurate inventory records using our computer system.
Key Responsibilities:
All shipping and receiving from 1 pound orders to 1000 pound orders.
The ability to pack all shipments.
Work with shipping companies and establish those relationships, old and new.
Perform shipping and receiving duties accurately using serial numbers.
Pick up and deliver local inventory using company vehicles.
Ensure all inventory is stored properly and organized within the warehouse.
Accurately record all shipping activities in the computer system.
Pack products securely and verify sales orders (SOs) for shipping.
Manage multiple accounts with various shipping companies.
Operate a forklift as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Exhibit timely attendance and reliability.
Maintain organized files as required by the supervisor.
Communicate in a courteous and professional manner with customers, vendors, and team members.
