We are a small, fast-paced job shop located in Watsonville, California, in search of a Shop Helper / Metals Fabricator trainee. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities for this part time to full time entry-level opportunity:
Responsible for keeping the shop clean & tidy.
Willing to assist other employees as required.
Punctuality and dependability (a MUST).
A hard-working, meticulous and self-directed individual who is interested in acquiring metalworking knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude towards satisfying our customer’s needs.
Tackling a variety of jobs from small, walk-in metal repair to large structural fabrications and installations, we need the right people to help us continue our success. Commuting out of Santa Cruz County? This is an excellent opportunity to work closer to home!
Salary commensurate with experience; we offer a 401K plan after a 90 day probationary period to full time employees.
