Manufacture Company looking for Shipping and Receiving clerk
Pay $23-26 depending on experience
Responsible for the shipment, receipt and inventory management of all products, materials, and supplies.
Prepares orders for delivery and shipment, and schedules 3rd party carriers.
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Receives deliveries, verifies paperwork and counts, isolates deliveries for inspection, and updates systems.
Performs incoming inspection of deliveries for physical damage and missing materials, documenting, and records all variances and non-conformances.
Maintains accurate inventory counts, properly logging and recording all material movements.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
Engages with customers, coworkers, vendors, and drivers with a positive and professional attitude and manner.
Additional responsibilities as may be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, fulfillment services, and inventory management.
- Strong math and counting skills are a must.
- Able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
- Strong sense of time management and a sense of urgency.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Proficient and comfortable working with computers, information management systems and spreadsheets.
