Duties:
- Provide field service support to customers in various industries
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery
- Conduct on-site inspections and analyze equipment performance
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Perform installations, upgrades, and modifications to equipment as needed
- Fabricate and assemble components as required
- Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a field service or similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications
- Familiarity with analyzing and diagnosing equipment malfunctions
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for repairs and installations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Note: Military experience or training in a related field such as industrial electrician may be considered as a qualification.
