Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated capability with hand tools for mechanical work using tools such as
- Basic metalworking tools (drill, files, vise)
- Basic assembly tools (torque control tools, wrenches
and sockets)
Exposure to microelectronics service work using tools such as
- Digital multi meter, soldering iron, contact crimpers, bench supplies
Basic compute / smartphone skills
- Project management tools / productivity applications / web applications
- Command line tools
- Exposure to computer networking
CA driving license required
Shipping and receiving
- Some familiarity with domestic parcel carriers
- Domestic LTL and international shipping a plus
Needed:
Communicate effectively across the organization and within the department
Follow complex procedures across multiple platforms
Organize and prioritize work over 3-5 day span balancing urgent and longer-term responsibilities
Support efforts to organize the raw materials and finished goods in the shop
