Job Title: Engraver & Graphic Designer
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00 pm with unpaid ½ hour lunch
Pay: Full time $17 hourly to start. Possibility for raise based on performance.

They specialize in producing products for the wine industry, one of a kind custom engraving including awards, plaques, trophies, and a wide range of items.
Position Summary:
An "Engraver" is a skilled craftsperson who uses specialized tools and machines to precisely carve designs, text, or images onto various materials like metal, glass, plastic, or wood, creating decorative or personalized engravings on items such as awards, jewelry, signage, and trophies, often requiring a keen eye for detail, artistic ability, and proficiency with computer design software to translate customer requests into finished engravings. The person would also possess Graphic Design skills and have the ability to mockup and design artistic copy for use on customer projects.

Proficiency in Graphic Design, and willingness to be trained Vision Pro, Corel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
Ability to receive direction and follow verbal or written instructions with precision & exactness

Able to work in a shop environment with smells, sounds, distraction and execute work based on videos, verbal and written instructions and as a team member

Ability to communicate with clarity and efficiency and be a team player
Maintain a clean and organized working environment and workstations
Dedicated to personal and team safety (hair pulled back, proper hygiene, professionally dressed (uniform shirt provided)
WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands of this position require frequent standing, walking, sitting, speaking, and hearing. Near vision is required to write and read printed materials, engraving machines and computer screens. Requires hearing and speaking to exchange information on the telephone or in person. The employee is regularly required to reach with their hands and arms and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires sufficient arm, hand, and finger dexterity to operate a keyboard and other manufacturing equipment. Repetitive tasks with wrists, hands, and fingers may also be required. Additionally, the employee must communicate by oral and written means in an appropriate business manner and have cognitive skills to understand instructions readily recall facts and details, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure. Finally, the employee must have openness and adaptability under regular to moderate stress levels in a changing work environment based on customer priorities and projects.
