Established custom architectural glass and metal fabrication company seeks project coordinator assistant / estimator to join our team of professionals on full time, in office basis to participate in the execution of major, high profile projects in the Bay Area and beyond.

Applicants should have a willingness to learn, follow instruction to learn our project management software, be knowledgeable with MS Office, Bluebeam or Adobe Suite and the ability to absorb many facets and nuances of our production methods.
Ability read and understand construction drawings and to do quantity take-offs, optimization, materials procurement and pricing as highly desired but the right applicant will be trained.
This position will help with project submittals, approvals and submissions of product data and sample materials.
Understanding of Glass and Glazing would be helpful and desirable as well but can also be taught.
Experience in coordination and a professional conduct and appearance with clients and on jobsites.
Positive attitude and dependable work ethics are welcomed and required.
Able to work well and collaborate with fellow employees in a time-sensitive environment
Clean DMV and CA Driver's License is required to drive our company vehicles.
