CNC Machine Operator
About the Role:
West Valley Precision is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible, operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, overtime available
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Kitamura machines
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
Program and edit CNC programs as needed
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as required
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Deburr parts as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator
Proficiency in using various measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Kitamura machines is a plus
