Job Title: Journeyman CNC Machinist
Job Location: San Jose, CA
Availability: Full Time & Part Time
Experience Required: 1 Year
Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
Starting Wage: $25+
Responsibilities
Setup and operate 3 axis vertical mills
Model fixtures and program parts using Fusion 360
Inspect parts using standard metrology equipment to verify dimensions of parts
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications
Operate finishing equipment including vibratory tumblers, blasting cabinets, and belt grinders
Operate various saws to prepare raw material for machining
Utilize hand tools and arbor presses for mechanical assembly
Operate other machinery such as surface grinders and laser cutters
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Machinist or related role
Must be proficient with any CAD and CAM software
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Ability to lift 40 pounds
