California Radomes Inc has been in operation since 1980 and has developed a reputation as a leader of Radome repair and overhaul within the Aircraft Industry.
We currently have 2 positions available.
Hours will be 630am-3pm M-F 32-40 hour work week
Position 1: Aircraft /Auto Body Painter - must have experience in paint removal, paint preparation, must be flexible in learning new trades and positions in our facility. Auto body experience is required. Starting wage $25 an Hr- depending on experience.
No house painters. House painting is not the same experience.
Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience required
Must Work well in a team environment
Prep and sand parts for refinishing process
Paint around repair areas and Prime as needed.
Must be able to paint urethane paint-
Have necessary tools to perform expected tasks.
Position 2: Paint prepper
Must be able to sand, spray primers, sealers and assist painters.
Must have experience in paint removal, paint preparation.
Pay Scale: $20-$25.00 per hr.- Pay is based on experience and knowledge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Punctual and Good attendance!
- Must be able to physical lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong command of the English language (other languages, a plus)
- Able to pass a standard background check
- Able to work Saturdays and overtime as needed
- Perform other jobs as required.
