About Us:
We are an established and growing custom van conversion company that specializes in creating high-quality, fully functional camper vans. From weekend adventurers to full-time travelers, our mission is to build vans that are not only practical and reliable, but also beautifully crafted to reflect each customer’s lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
Perform assembly and installation of interior van components (furniture, cabinetry, seating, flooring, insulation, etc.)
Assist with basic 12V and 120V electrical wiring (lighting, outlets, batteries, solar systems, inverters)
Assist with plumbing systems (water tanks, pumps, faucets, heaters)
Work with hand tools and power tools to precision-fit custom builds
Read and follow detailed build instructions, schematics, and drawings
Ensure quality control and attention to detail throughout the build process
Collaborate with the team to solve build challenges and improve processes
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workshop environment
Qualifications:
Prior experience in assembly, cabinetry, woodworking, RV/camper builds, or automotive trades preferred
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and plumbing systems required
Welding experience a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, or schematics
Comfortable using a wide range of tools and equipment
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Passion for van life, travel, or outdoor adventure a plus
