Picture Framer

We are in need of an experienced framer ( 3 plus years) who can fit, cut glazing ( acrylic and glass) and mats and organize. Fitting will be your primary position. You will have the opportunity to work with the best artists in the Bay Area and the world. This is bench work for framing from the simple to sublime. You will have the opportunity to work with truly unique solutions to art presentation from enormous 8' x 12' to the most creative solutions you've never thought of. You will need to lift 40 lbs, fit picture frames with speed, accuracy and follow our way of presenting finished goods. Also you will need to use power hand tools, driver and skill saw. The work space is light filled and there is parking on site.
