East Bay Nail Care Company is seeking a motivated graphic designer who has a passion for beauty and fashion. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to multitask and is a "team player". You will be working with sales, marketing, and other designers in-house and off-site. Must be creative and able to turn around work quickly in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Collateral
Develop concepts for and design collateral and marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and print ads, email campaigns, posters, flyers, sales sheets, packaging, displays, deal sheets, and coupons as needed.
Meet deadlines as provided by the Marketing Manager
Manage and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos, and art.
Create assets for and maintain catalogue & interactive advertising for digital commerce such as Amazon
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Assist with brainstorming marketing and advertising strategies.
Work with staff to generate information and approvals for materials.
Content Creator
Experience in recording footage at a professional level
Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Develop clear, compelling copy for various mediums (i.e., ads, blog posts, social media newsletters, etc).
Knowledge of post-production techniques
Understanding of computer software used for planning, editing, and scripting
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience working in production with an in-house team or design agency.
College degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or a relevant field
Expert knowledge in the preparation of production-ready print and digital files.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
An eye for detail and effective communication skills.
Able to manage workload, and timing and deliver work on time.
Experience working on Mac computers
Knowledge of WordPress and email marketing is preferred.
Ability to work in person and commute/relocate to Hercules, CA 94547.
