Custom Picture Framer

I am looking for a full-time/part-time custom picture framer who wants to have some fun while working. This is a higher end shop in Marin County and we have a large selection with lots of interesting options that are not available everywhere. Experience is required, including the ability to cut glass, backing and mats, as well as fit and finish pieces with a dedicated attention to detail. This is not a position that offers basic training, the skills listed are required. Designing and working with customers on the front counter is also required, but it is one of the most enjoyable parts of the job. I would love to hire someone who has some management experience, the shop is very busy and I am ideally looking for a person who is responsible and can help with some of my shop duties. Salary is hourly, starting at $25.00 per hour. Compensation for bridge toll is available for those who are eligible. There is also a retirement plan that is be available as well as paid time off, both starting 6 months after official hire date.
