The Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Community & Sales Associate to help us grow. This is a hybrid role that’s part community builder, part sales hustler. You’ll be on the ground helping spread the word about Anchor, converting leads into members, and making sure new folks feel at home once they join.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through outreach, networking, events, and partnerships
Conduct tours of the space and close new member signups
Follow up with inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
Support member onboarding and ensure a warm welcome for all new members
Help plan and host community events and programming
Be a friendly, familiar face around the space, answering questions, making introductions, and supporting a great member experience
Track leads, conversions, and commissions
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Is outgoing, friendly, and loves connecting with new people
Has some experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or community roles
Is organized, reliable, and follows through
Loves coworking culture and understands the value of community
Works well independently and takes initiative
Can commit to a consistent weekly schedule (10 hours/week)
Compensation:
$20/hour base
Commission on new member signups
