McCarthy Painting Inc., a celebrated entity with over 50 years in the painting industry, invites a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Business Development Manager.

Position Type: Full-time

Role Summary:

As a Commercial Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of forging new B2B relationships, with a minor role in residential market outreach. Your primary focus will be on expanding our commercial clientele, and building robust partnerships that stand the test of time.

Essential Duties:

Maintain client info in CRM

Follow a proven plan for success and be mentored in that plan.

Meeting with facilities managers and property managers to establish their needs.

Achieving weekly prospecting and sales goals with the support of salespeople.

Establishing new relationships with potential clients

Maintaining relationships with our existing client base.

Networking with the community to build awareness of the brand

Craft and execute strategies that contribute to our residential market development while maximizing commercial outreach.

Provide essential support to the office manager, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency, especially during travel periods.

Preferred Skills:

A budding talent for achieving sales goals and establishing B2B relationships.

Self-motivated with a desire to work autonomously while being supported by a strong team.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of networking and establishing the company's brand within the community.

Technological proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and internet research, especially using LinkedIn.

No experience is necessary just a willingness to learn and be tenacious on follow-up and generates energy from rejection.

Compensation:

Salary range from $68,000 to $110,000, reflective of your experience working with property managers, facilities managers, HOAs, Cities, and/or a proven track record of developing new accounts in any industry

A rewarding incentive program tied to performance milestones.

50% coverage on Health care
