Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team

- Previous experience in BDC role, preferably in the automotive sales industry

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in software applications related to inventory management and sales support

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory control

- Public speaking skills for presentations or meetings

- Assist office, sales and service teams with phones & cashier

Benefits

Pay: $20-$25/hour plus a bonus plan

Responsibilities:

As a BDC Manager you will be required to cold call new and existing customers to set appointments

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and employees

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner

Work the CRM to email, call and text customers to get them to come to the dealership

Assist sales team with vehicle deliveries, post-sale customer management (inquiries, technology, etc)
