Whitmore James Black is a legal search & staffing firm. We are presently recruiting for a temporary, part-timeHuman Resources File Clerk to support the Human Resources department of a prestigious law firm in San Francisco. This role is open-ended in duration.
The HR Recrods Clerkwill be working on-site 20 hours per week and providing administrative and filing support to the firm's HR Team. Duties will include scanning employee documents and uploading documents into the firm's information system. Prior document scanning and database experience is helpful for this role.
This is an opportunity to work with a friendly, dynamic and professional team. Candidate must be able to work on-site at the office during standard business hours. The office is located in the financial district and easily accessible by public transportation. Prior office experience is required for this position.
