O'Brien Law, PC is mid-sized, busy, litigation firm with a diverse practice. We are a rapidly growing litigation firm with offices located in Petaluma, Pasadena and Sacramento. We are currently seeking several attorneys to assist in our growing caseload.
We are looking for attorneys who like to work hard, want to learn and grow and have a good time doing it. The ideal candidate has at least three years litigation experience. Knowledge of construction defect and/or personal injury litigation is helpful. Attorneys should expect to handle a fast-paced litigation environment and will be performing case management, writing reports, motions and other legal documents in addition to taking depositions and appearing in court regularly.
The firm environment is laid back, jeans are allowed daily. We have good benefits with a health insurance program and 401k with matching. While we have a very busy practice, we hope our employees will enjoy coming to work!
