Small Boutique Family Law Firm – Looking for a Full-Time Paralegal with Family Law Experience for a remote position.
Pay Range: (70,000-100,000)
Qualifications: 1) Paralegal Certification or Degree in Paralegal Studies
2) +2 years Family Law experience preferred

Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming Calls to the Firm and provide information on Potential Clients to Attorney
-Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in preparing legal documents
- Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence and legal documents
- Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal filings
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Interview clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information for cases
- Assist in the preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Perform data entry and manage databases for case management systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis or other legal databases
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with litigation processes and procedures
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with legal case management software
- Strong interviewing skills to gather information from Potential clients, clients and witnesses
