Contracts Analyst

Reading through 3rd party contracts to ensure they are beneficial to the mission statement of the organization. Ensuring contracts are free from errors and cannot be used by people to exploit or take advantage of our organization. Draft changes, redline and address areas/make recommendations to avoid contract disputes. Knowledge of legal precedents, ordinances, regulations, and other applicable laws to ensure the contract complies with each requirement. Supporting internal staff with negotiating new contracts with client hospitals, clinics and other organizations. Review PMT's existing contracts, redlining, and making recommendations in an effort to create standard T&Cs. Reading, reviewing, and suggesting changes to ensure contracts are of high quality.
