Looking solid experience with CA Civil Code, Evidence Code and CCP - as well as a good understanding of the needs of trials - to assist with Trial Briefs, Motions in Limine for trials, Supplemental/Mini trial briefs, post-CCP 998 motions, occasional discovery motions, etc., etc.
