Contract Attorney/Paralegal with experience

Civil and litigation practice seeks a contract attorney to assist with drafting complaints, discovery, and law and motion. Exceptional writing skills required. Must have experience as a paralegal in drafting pleadings, or as an attorney, be licensed to practice law in California. Looking for a long-term relationship, ideally someone that works with several attorneys/law firms that has chosen to work as a contract attorney for the flexibility it affords.
