We are seeking an associate civil litigation attorney with 5-7 years of experience in any of the following: construction, real estate, business, civil, and/or employment defense litigation. Candidates should be able to work independently and have experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, arbitration and trial. We are looking for an aggressive, ambitious, highly motivated associate with a strong work ethic. Candidates must be active members of the California bar. A writing sample and background check are required.
