Opperman & Son, Inc. is seeking two full-time shipping and receiving clerks to work in the parts department.

We are currently recruiting for a shipping and receiving clerk for our parts warehouse.
The Shipping / Receiving Clerk has the primary responsibility of accurately shipping and receiving inventory. The clerk must be able to multi-task and complete all paperwork accurately.
Receive inventory throughout the workday
Immediately check in and deliver all special orders
Check in all stock orders and put in proper locations
Insure all stock and special orders are delivered or put away each day
Package and prepare all documentation for outbound shipments
Ensure all outbound orders are picked up on a daily basis
Pick orders for delivery and prepare outgoing paperwork
Complete and maintain accurate paperwork as required
Clean, revise, and update store displays as directed
Process all returns and complete paperwork
Backup parts delivery driver
Attend training as required
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Valid driver's license is required (2 points or less, and no DUI)
Warehouse shipping / receiving experience
Basic M/S Office skills
Basic math skills
Internet skills for 3rd party delivery services:
Have a neat and clean appearance
Adhere to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials
Repeatedly bend or stoop to ground level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
