SATCO Products, a family-owned nationwide lighting distributor, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our 50,000 square foot warehouse in Hayward, CA. This skilled multitasker will manager the pick/pack, shipping and receiving activities of our fast-paced operation, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and receiving.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team of 20 and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Inspect equipment, tools and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers. Communicate with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of products.
Overseas container logistics and unloading.
Adhere to CAL/OSHA standards and training requirements.
Required skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years' Warehouse Management experience in a Pick/Pack operation
Excellent problem solving skills and leadership qualities
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of Company staff
Ability to deliver feedback and coaching to staff members, both verbal and written
Knowledge and experience with CAL/OSHA standards and training requirements
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
