Adobe Road Winery and The Racer’s Group are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse and Fulfillment Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting our shipping and receiving operations, as well as assisting in our corporate offices and the Tasting Room. Working under the supervision of our Logistics and Customer Service Manager, the Warehouse and Fulfillment Assistant will handle tasks including unloading deliveries, inventory organization, order fulfillment, and loading outbound shipments. While warehouse experience is preferred, we are excited to train enthusiastic candidates eager to grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pull and process customer orders.
Restock and organize incoming inventory.
Pallet pickups and drop-offs.
Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders.
Monitor stock levels and submit restock requests as needed.
Operate a forklift (certification preferred but not required).
Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions.
Ensure the workspace remains clean and organized.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Proven reliability and solid work history; previous warehouse experience is a bonus.
Physical capability to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 40 lbs. or more regularly.
Basic computer proficiency to maintain inventory logs and databases.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
