At Pacific Plumbing, we take pride in delivering high-quality work across residential and commercial projects. We're growing fast and looking for a dependable Foreman to lead field crews and ensure jobs are done safely, efficiently, and up to code.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Foreman to lead and oversee underground utility construction projects, including water, sewer, and storm drain installations. The Foreman will be responsible for managing field crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality control.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of underground utility systems, excavation practices, and trench safety regulations. You must be capable of reading and interpreting site plans, coordinating with subcontractors and inspectors, and providing on-site leadership to crews in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities and manage the workflow of the project site.

Supervise and coordinate field crew activities on underground utility projects.

Ensure all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.

Provide guidance and training to crew members to enhance their skills and performance.

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and inspectors

Operate or direct operation of heavy equipment when needed

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Skills:

3+ years of experience in plumbing or construction supervision

Deep knowledge of water, sewer, and storm systems and installation methods.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to lead and motivate team members.

Supervise and manage a small team of 3-5 crew members.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Bilingual in English/Spanish
