C+F is seeking a skilled maintenance gardener to join our team. We are NOT a mow/blow company, but rather offer high-end and VERY detailed garden maintenance services. Interested candidates MUST possess previous garden maintenance experience, plant and pest ID, ability to run and program irrigation and lighting systems + ability to make minor repairs and modifications, able to perform vigorous physical activity, standing, kneeling & lifting, able to work in year-around weather conditions. Candidate should also be able to take direction and possess initiative to solve problems, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, possess a valid CA drivers license and a clean driving record. Only hard workers, multi-taskers, and those with extreme attention to detail encouraged to apply.
Position is Full Time or PT depending on situation (24 hr min). Starting pay level is between $25-35/ hr, depending on experience. We offer paid holidays, health/dental packages, and a 401(k) plan.
