Hello, we are Motivational Systems. We are looking to fill (2) sign waving position in the Morgan Hill area at $25/hr for a new home builder. This is a part-time job that works the first sign waver Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-3pm each day. The second sign waver Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-4pm each day and will put up a blimp too
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age or older, reliable and energetic.
Pay is bi-weekly through the Paycom app.

As a sign waver, your job will be to direct new home buyer traffic to the new home community by moving a lightweight sign. You will be standing at a designated intersection for your 4 or 6 hour shift. During your shift, you will have a break. You are free to listen to music while on shift.
This can be an excellent source for a second income or a student. A vehicle is recommended, as this location and intersections may not be accessible by public transportation.
Requirements:
-Must be at least 16 years old.
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
-Must have your own reliable transportation.
-Must be able to work in all types of weather, no work if there is rain.
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
-Must be able to effectively communicate.
